Body Lift and 50mm Springs

Was looking at getting a body lift and these 50mm springs and cutting the guards to fit some 31/10.5's.

will those springs give me any ground clearance?

Who usually certifies to be road legal?

In our area, not many. Tried the cert guy in te puke got a flat out 'no' to certing body lift. There was a guy I think his name was mark reid from memory, don't know his phone number off hand. There is a guy I know here in whakatane who is doing his papers to be able to issue certs and specializing in 4x4s but dont know how far away he is from that being good to go
