15k Trailer Queen or Road Legal jimny????

Post by comcom »

Hi everyone. I spend a bit/lot of time reading posts on ORE but this is just about my first time posting.

A friend of mine is seriously considering buying a stock jimny that comes with a few goodies to add on.

Good quality 4 inch Lift Kit
Chinese winch and locker
Bead lock rims and a couple of other bits.

By the end of the build it will owe about 15k certed.

I think he should go halfs with me in a 15-20k trailer queen.

Your thoughts?

Anyone know of a truck for sale that might tempt him away from the Suzuki?

Cheers

I wouldn't go shares in a vehicle. Just doesn't work in the long run as sooner or later one will be doing all the work and towing while the other sits back and enjoys the ride.

If Suzuki is is thing then I say go the Suzuki as he will get so much more out of a road legal vehicle (whatever make it is).

Haha Im not married but my friend is, I think it will be alright.
It will probably pay to have clear rules from the start regarding maintainence etc.
