3" exhaust on next week, 1hdt

Post by 80series »

Hey,

Exhaust crapped itself so good time to go to the three inch, which I've read can do amazing things for the 1hdt. I've got a bit of cash lying around and was thinking of doing an Intercooler at the same time. I want to do front mount, has anyone put a 600x300x75 in the front of a 80 series? There seems to be some cheaper ones on t/m, but I'm not sure if it would fit.

Any advice tips etc???

Cheers

Dave

Have you looked at the water-to-air intercoolers. They have come way down in price. More options when it comes to installing and they are getting better performance.
I was looking at a subaru kit to put on my TD27. You can pick them up for around $300, second-hand. Intercooler, pump and radiator.
