One of my dash light globes had blown, no worries I put a new one in. Now the same thing has happened again, its just one side that has done it, apears to have gotten hot as the bulb is all discoloured. Any one had this problem or a sugestion to fix? Cant see me temp guage or half the rev counter at night!
Truck is a safari, and yes i put in 24v replacement globes
Cheers, Tom.

Re: dash globes
sometimes you can get faulty bulbs that have air in there when it shouldnt be and they will just fail straight away , other than that try to avoid touching the bulb as the oil from your skin will make a hot spot on the bulb causing it to fail prematurely , ooooor the bulb you put in wasnt a 24v lol.

Ah right, didn't think of that. Can only give it a try.

Re: dash globes
also make sure your not buying cheap crap bulbs.
i had problems with going through interior bulbs very quickly, so went to led instead. with 24v that may not be an optoin so hunt down good quality brand name bulbs.
