ideas on fixing 80 series landcruiser windows????

Just wondering if any one knows what the issues may be for the windows of my 1991 landcruiser 80 series, the windows are slow to going down and up and only go half way?? any ideas what this maybe or how to fix it and how much $$$$

Il just add this here in case someone else is looking for tips too.

The rears can be cleaned in situ:

Put the window all the way down.
Pull the window run out from the top of the door.
Pull both sides out from along the window edges.
Soak the rubber run in a bath full of hot soapy water.
Scrub inside the run channels with an old toothbrush or similar. Get them good and clean.
Dry the run and let it sit in the sun if you can.
Take this time to run the window up carefully (it's not in a channel anymore) and clean the sides of the glass with glass cleaner.
Apply rubber protectant to the run if you wish (i didnt)
Reinstall the run (make sure it's the right way round).

Now the front could probably be improved by doing the same, but i think you have to remove the glass and trim to get the run out.....
