Support chassis so axle is hanging
Remove wheels
Undo rear arm nuts and washers
Undo front nuts and remove bolts the arm will now be able to drop down and forward at the same time
If you are still running the sway bar this will need to be removed whilst there is still vehicle weight compression the suspension otherwise the bolt will be carrying the weight of the complete axle assembly
Reverse for reassembly

Was thinking of leveling on the ground and not jacking it up

You can do it without jacking etc but you have to be able to keep the axle from moving too far away and rotating...
In my playdoh.... Slightly different but similar
I chocked the front wheels and put a jack under diff to stop it rotating too much...
Remove one arm at the diff end and then the other end...
Wrestle it out then pull the other.

Once you have swapped the castor bushes...
Put the chassis end in first, bolts loose...(Nissan different to Toyota, would be easier to insert in hole and put nut on....)
Get one bolt in at the diff end on both arms.
Then its just a matter of rotating the axle to align the holes...
Get all the bolts in loose...
Remove all the jacks and chocks.
Bounce the truck a few times to settle it then tighten her up...

Have fun....
