Alternative 4 a magnetic sump plug

If your draining the oil from engine, trans, diffs or what ever and you want to see if there has been any nasty wear and the drain plugs arn't magnetic use a magnetic wand avaliable from most tool shops for around $7 just run it around the inside of the oil container and then gently stir it in some petrol
