i managed to pick up a pair of xf ute rear leaf springs the other day and after seeing people use them on hiluxs and surfs i was woundering i anyone has ever put a set on a 40 series cruiser?
after a quick eyeball the cruiser springs seem equal length from the axle mount to the spring eyes whereas the falcon springs are much shorter in their forward length and there rear length.
could i reverse them and stretch the wheelbase and get more flex from the longer spring or would i be better finding another set of springs?
ideally i would like to gain a slight lift but more rear flex.
any help would be great.
bj40 with xf rear springs?
