wj jeep driveshaft
wj jeep driveshaft
has anyone lifted a wj and had to deal with the front cv drive shaft?
Re: wj jeep driveshaft
did you alter you drive shaft or just replace the cv? looking at rusty driv shaft conversion at www.rustysoffroad.com. would prefer a local solution ,without the expence of having a one off made.
Re: wj jeep driveshaft
You'll be surprised how much more cost effective it is to get one off parts like that from US for Jeeps, compared to local sources. Another option is to have a chat with Tom Woods in US for driveshafts. I got my rear shaft from him for the TJ.

Once it is lifted, even with a 2" BB you will keep breaking DS offroad. I've got Tom Wood's custom made for the 6.5" lift, would highly recommend it. Came with both yokes too

Other option is if you keep the lift lower to get factory cardan ones from the states, even used one will do - good luck finding them at the wreckers here
