yeah mate i know!

since Evie came along in december my bank account has rapidly dwindled.

sold some stuff so i could buy the Zook and at least do real easy trips until the hilux sells, then mod it a bit for more serious use :D

The V6's sound great with a decent exhaust, pretty good reason for an auto I think.

Hey looking foward to watching your build,
I wouldn't worry about the auto trans on the V6 moddel as i'v been told by many suzuki nut's and mechanic"s that there by far stronger then the manual box...

hey chairmen,

yeah the old zook was a good build. it was just the bloody front diffs breaking every every 5 minutes. i went through 7 housings in about 2 months
a few more ponies and a shorter wheelbase this time. will just do a budget lift - laurel rear springs & vn commy shocks, front strut top flip & 5 dr grand vit springs, and a body lift. should clear 31" simex with a guard trim.

Hi Butcherboy,

Did you make the front bull bar yourself or buy it?

hi butcherboy.

the cv swap was a mission, i wont bother going to those lengths again, big pain small gain. i feel it made the alloy diff more prone to breaking as it doesnt have an output bearing that side of the diff.
il get a calmini anvil when i can afford it.

the tank lift is basically flip the tank mounts upside-down and refit tank (after a bodylift of course).

Yep thats for sure, known a few people with auto v6's and the trans has outlasted the engine. I had a manual one and had the box played up twice in the year I owned it, and thats with 99% road use.
