Post by jimmyf8 »

Hey.

Finally got my hands on a Suzuki Escudo. First zuk I have owned after two hiluxs.

Looking at buying this suspension lift for it.

I don't see any camber correction bolts on that list, which you will need badly with 2.5" longer springs, but they are easily bought locally. Other than that it looks like all the bits you will need, how much does that kit cost delivered ?

For some reason he said it doesn't need camber correction bolts...

He is doing it for $1,000 for me.

Anyone know a good place in Christchurch that doesn't charge too much to install. I want to have a go at some of it myself but thinking I won't be able to manage all of it as it will be a first for me haha.

Do it yourself, if you aren't sure ask someone to help. Pulling stuff apart is the best way to learn, I started out like you, to the point of getting someone to check the gearbox oil for me.

I have this kit for my escudo, only it 2 inch lift for LWB and i'm put it in my SWB so i should get 2.5" lift?...

I was told the same that you don't need camber adjustment bolt's for this kit as the front shock accommordate's for it and the lift height ant enough to throw out camber.
Plus i think the asain's makes this kit so thay know there own car's lol.

Dude you should try install your self when ya get free time, or at least the back as the back will be easyer to install then the front and it's good knowlege to know where every thing is under yo truck when your offroad hooning
