EZI wiring kits

Post by Heath »

Anyone used an ezi wiring kit or simillar type of kit?

Started pulling bits out during the weekend and figured maybe I should freshen up the electrics (blade fuses etc) with the fj ratrod build.

Prices in US are about 160-180US so I am picking about 300nz+ postage which seems like a good option instead of paying a fortune for a sparky to rewire.

I've played with a few hotrod wiring kits. They tend to only come with wire and a fuse box tho, maybe flasher units.
The ones I used (cant remember the brand ) have writing on each wire over the full length saying what the wire is for.

I spose they are a reasonably cheap way to get the wire but if I ever wire another vehicle from scratch I'll start with rolls of wire in different colours because the kits are usually from USA and are to suit a LHD so alot of the wires arn't long enough
