The pedal feel will get better as the pads bed in properly

I had the same issue when I replaced my disks and pads

Did you machine or replace the discs? If not, the pads will be flexing when you push on the pedal, giving you that soft feel. Can be dangerous as pads can get damaged if the flex is too much.

I see i just put new pads in the front did not machine disks as i drive i do notice a slight improvment i done abot 12 miles so far the brakes work just soft pedal at times thanks i should have know are there self ajusting brakes

YES you were correct the brakes beded in and it passed a warrent
