Surf Front End swap

have started to do a surf front end swap on my 91 hilux double cab and was wondering if anybody else had done this before, as far as i can see im going to have to cut holes in the body to fit the much larger headlights
my ute needs certed anyway so need to know if this is all legal before i go and ruin it

do you mean kzn130 front? its all direct bolt up mate

You'll have to make new holes for the headlight mounts, its not as easy as it sounds, Ive seen a few 2wd hiluxs with the kzn130 front and all used the surf front panel for the headlights to fit properly

yea think its kzn130 its the facelift front and is definitely not direct bolt up

and it would make it alot easier with the surf front panel but i couldnt get it from the gut i bought the front end off wouldn't send it but iv been to see cert guy and i am allowed to cut into front panel so ill give that a crack and start drilling some holes
