1971 landcruiser diesel short wheel base 59'000km

recently came into possession of this landcruiser, mainly for the wheels and tyres, not sure what to do with it?

speedo reads 059xxx

deregistered but has plates and a cert plate under bonnet
hasnt run in 12+ months
engine cranks good but wont fire up, (Iv only put charged batteries in and gave in a crank, will have a play when I have some spare time)
chassis appears to be solid
body has rust in lots of different places
rear tray is in reasonable nick
has a snorkel
tow bar
decent looking front bar with space for a winch (needs a sand and coat of paint)
interior is complete and milage appears to be genuine going by the condition of the original seats
the diffs and springs are apparently from a 1980s model
the diffs are locked

wheels and tyres are not available

Not sure of its value? seems to good to be parted out but thats what I plan on doing. but if anyone is interested in the whole thing get at me 021998209
