pajero fiddle brakes

Post by slidenyo »

Has anyone used rear brake calipers on the front to make cable fiddle brakes?
problems are only a problem if you not willing to learn how to find solutions

wouldn't it be easier to use hydrolics by re running the tubes inside and using slave cylinders

A mate of mine did this to his Pajero -
He put electric brake line locks on each side (and one to back) and wired switch to shut off fluid to one side (and rear) and using foot brake to slide around hazard...
Worked really well but can't get a wof or cert'd

don't know about earlier ones but gen2 pajeros have internal drum handbrake. the rear caliper is purely hydraulic.
