Picture problems

Hey guys whats up with your frames when I max pics to 800 wide they cause the text that is in the same post to flow past the edge of your frame
am I better to resize my pic's back to 640? so it doesn't upset things ?

unfortunatly these are other peoples pic's and trying to get them to understand size out side of MEG rating is proving a real problem frustration factor might win and I just delete there pic's

Sorry guys I just worked out what it is Photo bucket doesn't resize its files it changes the display information not the file my guess is this is whats upsetting the frames on here

When ever I post photos on here it works out for me using photobucket only if I upload the photos to the photobucket app directly from my phone. If I add photos to photobucket from phone, through laptop then I have issues with pic going off of the screen.
