Importing parts from the States

Post by XJCrawler »

Morning ORE,

I'm looking at an alternative method to shipping parts for my truck from the states. Is there any locals that bring container loads over from California or what not on a regular basis?

Any help will be appreciated, otherwise I'm stuck paying airline freight.

Cheers,

James.

Hey mate

I work for a freight forwarder and can consolidate freight out of the US if its business to business. We have a weekely container out of LAX / California

Happy to help anyone out and will look after fellow ORE'ers

might be an opportunity for a few to get some goodies together and ship it on one pallet and share costs.

Got a rough enough deal with EIF International which I'm going to run with.

Anyone know if you have to pay duties when ordering parts for a vehicle i.e. Suspension?

Email me your invoice from the supplier and I'll get you an exact figure.
