wtb: lj78 lancruiser auto trans

I'm in need of a new trans for my truck, doesn't need transfer but either or. Is the only box that'll work an lj78 one?

Pretty sure it's an A343F, but it will tell you on the plate on the firewall. These came in the LJ78 and KZJ 78 Prados, upto 95 if memory serves.

I have one sitting in my shed same as my 71 but its in hawkes bay you may want something closer

You are right, code reads a343f g144

Can anyone confirm that the lj71 has the same trans as lj78
