New Welly offroader!

Post by xtremepix »

Hey everyone, I've had my '95 surf for about 6 months now, been offroading a bit here and there, mainly beach stuff. Just taken the side skirts off, and fitting some AT tyres tomorrow, hoping to adventure off-road a bit more!

I'm in need of a offroading buddy ! Someone to pull me out when I get it totally wrong :) if anyone fancies going offroad sometime, get in touch! Gimmie and email on: pix.extreme@gmail.com

Hope to meet a few of you soon!!

Good to have a new guy in the area, keep an eye on the forum, often a group head out for trips.

You will be limited with ATs tho, but a good place to start.

Enjoy

ATs are ok mate but more fun on MTs, :D
most importantly make sure you have a strop and somewhere good to hook it on, nothing worse that finding someone stuck and they dont have a rope!
but yea, welcom to the forum.

Thanks guys! Yeah I know ATs aren't ideal, but I don't have a garage to store MTs, and I don't wanna run them all the time on my daily driver. Bit of a soft core offroader to be honest!

Nothing wrong with running MTs on a daily driver.

Get a set of buckshots and run good pressure on the road and they will be great and last.

You never know where you will bump into Greg.....
