Can anyone give me some details or pictures of their setup?
Particularly
1. Distances from the winch drum to first pulley and how well the winch spools up on its own . ( I have been told 700-800mm is Recommended)
2. Removable rear pulley / fairlead setups.
3. One Pulley or two in the system?
4. Angles of rope deflection, from the pulley to the chassis guides
5. Apart from using sections or lengths of pipe, what else have people used as guides / front haswe

ie what does a double to the back and a double to the front so posed to do?
rip the winch off the floor boards would be my guess...
As I understand it .
21 = A truck behind, you are recovering
22 = A truck in front assisting with recovery
23 = Ground Anchor / Tree etc
6.5 Allows you to recover yourself and the truck behind you at the same time. 2:1 (prob ok on road , but a bit dodgy offroad)
It is also one of the cool features of this winch setup.
It allows you to anchor the truck at both ends and then drive along the winch rope , using the winch to set tension. an example of use would be crossing a slip on a hill track where rolling is not an option.
6.6 Allows you to winch and drive, while recovering behind you (6.9 is the same I think)
6.7 Winch and Drive with 2 trucks ,while recovering behind you
6.8 Winch and Drive with 2 trucks ,while recovering behind you 2:1 (prob ok on road , but a bit dodgy offroad)
