I have a cheap tube crusher pipe bender and the 32NB die is not the best so on the look out for another one . If anyone knows somerwhere I can find a single die let me know . I am in Auckland so somewhere local would be good , unless loacl transport for liquid can be arranged .
Thanks
Chris
WTD - 32NB pipe die

What is wrong with it, could you do a bit of reprofiling with an angle grinder so that it is a better shape if that is what is wrong with it.

Yup this is a good idea, the bramley ones are very good quaility and give a good bend for a crush bend. its what tomsoffroad uses in his shop.

It has spread after getting a hard time with thick pipe . Someone has said press it back and beef it up but getting a better quality one would be good .The 25NB one was too small so I was able to file that out to a perfect fit and makes nice( for a crusher) bends .
Will look onto the Bramley ones , but I'm cheap , remember what I am starting with

Thanks
Chris

Re: WTD - 32NB pipe die
Well so a year later I finally did something about this . All the places suggested did not/could not help so in the end I emailed Bramley direct and asked where I could get one . An hour or so after exchanging a credit card no I had a former in my hand at a very reasonable price I thought . Must have timed the courier deliveries just right .
So if you need anything like that I would say try them direct and see what they can do . Guess I had better go and actually do something with it now
Cheers

After a fair bit of bending I've spread mine.... and thats after I welded 5x6mm ribs down each side and under it originally lol... only had a couple more bends needed so figured I'd try dropping a bit of 1mm sheet metal in there to shim it, using a bit of scrap pipe formed the sheet metal into the die, its worked a treat.... still going after another 2 jobs lol
Got to make a roll bender for a little project for a mates son... so I'll be making the tools to make die's, its brought the idea of building a bender back up the list lol
