i know ha since i have been able to park my safari up 4 a bit i decided to finally get around to removing the egr.

tap and die set with some bolts and loctite.

sweet i did think that but with a nut and bolt wasn't sure if it was trust worthy ha thanks!
apart from the vac lines (i have already blocked) is there any electrical plugs or sensors i need to be aware of? i herd there a water temp sensor for it on the nissans is it the front 1?

You will struggle to get a perfect seal with a but and bolt. Make sure you use plenty of thread locker if you go that route.

I used Selleys Knead it, worked a treat been sweet now for over a year
