FJ40 Front and rear main seals

The rear main seal on my 40 has now got to the point where i really should do something about it. The front has also just started leaking.

Is there any other seals any thing else that i should be that i should be looking at doing at the same time. Also any tips or tricks would be appreciated.

Father in law has an 80 series with the 3F, I thought the rear crank seal was leaking but it turned out to the sump gasket right beside the crank seal. Its worth checking as I think it's easier to fix than the rear main seal.
