jimny lifted springs in lwb vitara

would these work?
the front springs out of a lifted jimny are a sim diameter to vit ones, Its the lengths im not sure about, vit coils are heavier coil but the jimny ones are longer and might compress more....
i know its probably not goin to work but I thought id ask

Not sure whether they would fit or not, but a Jimny would be a lot lighter than a LWB Vitara so would probably be too soft unless they were uprated ones to suit winch+bullbar. Could try it, worst thing that could happen is it won't work.

yeah they are pretty heavy duty, not so heavy a wire as vit ones but more windings, the rear ones look perfect same length as s13/laurels but stiffer, will be spot on for a lwb
the fronts are the right diameter but will need some trialling,
only asking cos a buddy had them sitting around collecting dust

I've got rear lwb vitara springs in the front of my Jimny. They fit in quite well and they lifted the front of the jimny about 1.5". The lwb springs are stiffer so if you fit the jimny springs into the vitara you may get a softer ride and a bit better flex..

Smaller wire and more coils will be softer if the diameters are similar.

I put lwb vit springs in my Jimny and it lifted my Jimny 50 mm so strongly suspect jimmy springs in a Vitara will result in lowering it , or possibly at std height but a lot softer ride.
