wanted bj70 3b injector pump or one that fits

Hi im aftee a injector pump for my 3b bj70 cruiser I think it has a stufd diaphragm as it revs high and sticks on when change gears.

If anyone can help would be appreciated

new diaphram is only 40 is bucks....

I dont know for sure if it is the diaphragm and is it easy to do?
