2.8 hiace pros and cons

Hey guys but left field but I'm looking at a 4wd hiace 2.8 diesel and wondering if anyone's had any experience with them . I'm in Chch and vans in Tauranga got a mate looking at it but obviously can't drive it my self

Any advice appreciated

watch the rust, especially around and under windows and rear door trim.

is it the full time 4x4 model or the part time one with a high/low TC

Look for rust along the rear window openings , very common place that they to rust.
