seeking "High Quality" Engine machine shops in Ca

I am looking doing an engine rebuild/blueprint soon and have been looking around for Quality machine shop in Christchurch or Canterbury area and no luck yet .

Seeking a shop that specialises in Blue printing & machining components that surpass's factory standards ( highly precise ), that can Bore & Platau'e Hone, line hone , precisely balance ,etc, etc They have access to Heat Treatments & cryogenics and High perfomance coatings , etc and are up on current Engine building practices ???????
