80 Series Cruiser Door hinges?

Hi All, Currently trying to get hold of a new set of door hinges for my cruiser (preferably before the weekend so I can get a warrant). Toyota list the bottom but the top one is ex Japan. Does anyone know anywhere else I would be able to get my hands on these? Or alternatively some kind of rough fix
