Hosehustler, how much are you looking for the rims only? Can you include lug nuts?

Cheers

Sounds like a case for the disputes tribunal - you can't withdraw from a legal auction.

If you have to sell them cheaper than the buy now - he is liable for the difference + any costs

Problem is that it costs you $50 to do the claim and even if you win the tribunal will not automatically enforce the ruling. If they don't pay you have to do a whole lot of research, identify if they have any assets to seize, and then get the court to send a bailif around to sieze the assets. If they are not there (eg, the car that they were going to sieze) then you have to go through the whole process again.

Can be a bit of a nightmare. We are just looking at putting a claim in at the moment, and I don't really know if I can be bothered with the hassle. But it's for about $2000, so it's worth it.
