97 Terrano G3M body lift
I am looking to lift my 97 terrano. Nothing it. May 1-2 inch. I have read about about adjusting the torsion bars. I had a look under and can seem to find them. Am I right in thinking these models don't have them or am I being stupid.
Re: 97 Terrano G3M body lift
dude, are you serious?
winding up torsion bars is to do a suspension lift.
A body lift is quite different, where you put spacers between the chassis and the body.
But your model is "monocoque", meaning the chassis and body are one piece (ie not a real chassis).
So if you want to lift your model (R50?) you need to do other things, as they have mcPherson strut front suspension(no torsion bars).
