trailer leaf springs

Post by mudsurfv6 »

I know its not 4wd, In fact its nowd. but might need 4wd leaf springs to replace existing springs. it used to have 1950s PB Vauxhall hubs and rims so thinking springs might be from that.
anyway they are poked so after a eye/slipper spring that is 1250 long. most trailer springs are 600-750mm long.

does anyone know the lengths of the leaf springs in their 4wds? I know they will be eye/eye so I will have to make the slipper part in rear into a hanger bracket. I will have to measure to locating pin.

If you don't find anything else, Archer springs in Rotorua will fabricate for you at pretty reasonable prices.
I'm all coil sprung so can't help there.
