Hello all, a proud Cantab doin some time in Auckland. Well after wearing out 2 x Isuzu's, 1 as a learning truck the other due to towing demands. I now own a 95 24v VX cruiser, now I really enjoyed my Izusu's but the Cruiser damn.......
So, the list so far - 2" lift kit, oldman emu springs, rancho 9000 shocks, BF goodridge 315/75/16 at. snorkel, intercooler water/air, winch, removable tow bar, LPG fumagation.
I am aiming to put 200kw at the crank when I get it back, first I need 3" exhaust.
Only had the truck 4 months and a boy pulled out in front of me in a Mazda and cos of the height of mine my front right wheel took most of the impact. Insurance company are putting anothe chassis under it.
Landcruiser convert.

what you buy is the new cruiser, the 200 model will be out late this year or early next yea. want the goss on it ? well i can tell you that it will have a 4.5ltr twin turbo common rail intercooled V8 deisel which will have over 200kw and about 650nm tourque ! OOhhh Yea
thats the roumor anyway, have been doing some research on it

and grats on the cruiser mate, very nice trucks. who is doing the LPG fume set up for you ? my dad is wanting to do the same thing soon so info would be greatly appreciated

If you already know everything, DON'T ask bloody questions!!
Yep I've heard the same it looks like a mean beast, mind you it wont be long and I will be pumpin 200kw. The LPG I built myself, I'm running a 9kg bottle connected with LPG flexi line to engine bay, electric solenoid ignition switched on bottle and electric solenoid mounted under air filter switch via boost pressure switch set to 4 PSI. We were playin to see how good the system was before spending 1.5k on bully dog system.
I did dyno run on my Isuzu Bighorn went from 61.5 kw & 363.7Nm @ 102.1km/h to 73.7kw & 427.8Nm @ 96.8km/h thats 20% more power and 16% more torque and the bully dog quotes 30%. After building my set up I have been takin my time with bully dog due to costs

Well I have a draw system in the back and a 4kg bottle behind it so it is not seen. I had a 9 kilo on top of the shelf when I have the accident and not even the police made a comment. A friend of mine who has had it running in his cruiser for 2.5 years now left it in for the last warrant but both of us are tradesmen and have all sorts of stuff in the back.
