Hilux Surf power steering seal

94 Hilux Surf.

first part I've had to buy for it in 7 months.

I need to acquire the front/top seal where the shaft goes in for the power steering box urgently tomorrow in christchurch. Anyone know the best/quickest place to get it?

south island bearings, saeco, BnT, there are lots of places. IF you need to do it urgently and can't get the seal then I have a complete steering box - you could do a swap and pay for replacing the seal in your old one later...

Give me a call around lunchtime on 021 637 600 if you want some help with it - I'm heading down to my shed so you could do it there...

Thanks for the offer, would have taken you up on it if I had more time but alas the truck is in at the shop getting fixed. around $300 for getting it out, rebuilding and back in again. Not so good only having one going vehicle at the moment :cry:

About those rangie parts, are you doing any nights this week at the shed? If your gonna be there and need the help :wink:
