TOTAL Carter EP 680 or ELF ReductElf SP680. Same stuff, different bottle. We change ours after every comp. With the reservoir system we use, we get 2 oil changes from a 5L bottle.

I use the total stuff in mine. The stuff is about as thick as golden syrup and is a right pain in the arse to change due to the way my bar is setup. :x

Do you fill it to the top, will it find its own level or is there a dip stick?
