HI, sorry about the delay in reply, I've been away for easter (4wding!). Im sure it's legal, well I don't see any problems. The bump stop is still there, just a little shorter

. I only trimmed the top ones, (there are two on each side) and i wouldn't recommend the rear ones, the bump stop prevents damage to the shockie.
I just used a hacksaw for mine. I guess you will have done it over easter.
Adam, winding up the torsion bars does give more ground clearance at the front, but it comes at a price, the trade off is less front wheel 'up' travel. To combat this a little is to trim the bump stop and either have a sway bar disconnect or take it off.
