Hi all, I noticed the biggest recommended size tyres size for LN130 is 33x12.5... due to front diff might give up when offroading. So I wondering what needed to be done if wanting 35x12.5 .. to fit under the LN130 Surf? If it going to be use on the road most the time, then there is no risk of blowing front diff ... How much body lift and suspension lift need to fit them? Also What gear ratio will be ideal? I know you can get pretty much anything ratio G series and how about to match the front F series diff?
I got 2JZGE in it at the moment and 3" body lift, so power is not really an issue... and is 90% of the time is driven on the road..
Thanks

If its just a show-truck setup then you should be able to nearly fit 35's in there with just a bit of hammer-work around the inner guard in the front to flatten the seam... 3" of body lift would probably just about be enough.
4.88 would be a good ratio I think, 4.5 might be ok. 4.88's were in the petrol 130-series surfs...

Sorry, 3Y 2-litre petrol, the V6 ones are probably 4.3...
I'd expect to pay about $200-400 for an average-to-good rear and maybe a little less for a front one... (maybe a little more too...)
Will depend if its open or LSD as well... LSD might be a little more...
Then again you might get lucky - I've bought a whole damaged petrol Hilux for $950 before - and by the time you sell all the bits you don't need you have free diffs
