Don't forget to get the bottom plates as well... they have the holes wider apart to suit the larger tube that the wide axle has... unless you are planning a u-bolt flip...

Oh, and the handbrake cable... you need that too as its wider... unless you're disc-brake converting it.

Not the U-bolts - the plates they bolt to... or have you bought round u-bolts for a flip?

I might actually have a spare here to be honest... I have one housing but I'm one stub-axle short... I was thinking about that the other day, and I suspect from memory that Mike-of-the-bouncing-bewbers may have it at his place... so in a stretch I could possibly have a setup for you... PM Mike and ask him about Steves stub axle... could be worth a go...

Yeah i brought new U Bolts for the flip. Getting plates sorted now. Which mike? There are so many it seems. I don't really know who is who. I'm keen though, my axle is just to skinny. How much where you thinking?
I can contact Mike when I find out which one lol.
Thanks heaps Steve.

The mike called "mike" - site admin and owner Mike... just send a PM to 'mike' :)

$150 for the complete axle is about the going rate - rest assured the money will go to a good cause... I'll buy steel and post pics of me bending, cutting and welding it for you all :)
