soa how hard is it to do on a 413 zuk

hi i was thinking of doing a soa on my zuk is it just the case of taking leafs off and shocks and putting them above the axle or is it more complex and ca i use my original flat leaf springs? thanks

Need to alter steering arm to straighten out but not to much work.quote]

You use your original springs, there are a couple of tricks. You may need to lengthen your steering arm to adjust for the heightsame with the brake lines and possibly the drive shaft may need a spacer to allow full drop I cant remember what happened with a friends zuk when we did it.

We just unbolted the driveshaft brake lines diff breather steering front of the springs from the chassis and rolled the diff out, re attached the leaves undid the pin's throught the leaves (actualy cut the back ones as they just spun) and turned them around (re pinned the back ones).

Built a couple of spring perches (bought some from Aussie we just welded them on) for the top of the diff Weld them on without the vehicle weight and be carefull not to put too much heat into the axle. At this point you can also rotate the housing up a little to help driveshaft angle 5 or 6 degrees is where we did ours this can also be done through a caster correction wedge. That was about it from memory
