Hilux and chains

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with fitting chains on the front of a current model hilux? I don't know much about chains, but doing a bit of research has shown that some vehicles lack clearance between the brake callipers and the wheel, making fitting on the front impossible. Is this the case with this vehicle? Many thanks.

with the new hilux the problem is in the clearance between the tyre and front shock 6mm i've been told and chains need 8mm seems the designers desided chains whern't needed ring you local chains supplyer the might of come up with an idea by now
