it's the intake pipe off my old silvia drift car, plus a couple of random bits i had lieing around the shed that i gave him to use. he did well considering he used about a tube of (high temp) silicon just for the bits you can see.....

Regards your neighbours "snokel" it may of been free but i think he forgot to factor in the cost of a full fave balaclava , dark sunglasses , fake moustach etc for a disguise...i sure wouldnt want to be seen in it.....lol
