Anyone used one of these welders?

Is about 10 years old cables in good cond and handpiece okay.

Any problems?

Well I hope it is as good as the transarc we use at work, cause I just bought it.

Ah the smell of birdshit welds.

Slowly getting the bits together for a workshop the wife will be afraid of!

they are a very good old transfomer welder.

the only problem with them, you need very good power supply.
mine which is a little older and higher power. pops 20amp mcb's at only 120amps haven't got to crank mine up yet.
but once you get them going very nice to use.

as for birdshit looks worse than it smells Ah.

anyone used or seen used one of these for Tig welding? I understand that there are hand pieces avaliable for them or am I thinking of a different model?
