Re: Maxitrac springs in a hilux
Im guessing that if they make these for a ln106 then they would surely have them for a LN130 ????????????
Is there anywhere in wellington that would have them?

Re: Maxitrac springs in a hilux
i have them in the front of my ln106 hilux with there shock to. big improvment in flex and road handling over the tired old ones. wernt to harsh when new either. have had them near on two years now and would deffinatly recommend them.
Re: Maxitrac springs in a hilux
They are fantastic value for money... I've had great reports back from pretty much everyone thats used it. A couple of hickups along the way, but they are covered with a warranty.
I recommend fitting new shocks when you fit the springs, as the factory front shocks are too short - also get a flat-top u-bolt if you are fitting front springs as the packs are thick, and one of the drivers side u-bolts will probably end up fouling the drag link.
They are designed (H-spec springs - heavy duty) to be as close to the factory spring rate as possible, so they are pretty supple and flexy.
J-spec are for load carrying only - they don't flex bugger all.
I can generally work out good deals on packages for people that want them too.
Oh, and LN106 and LN130 are totally different - the 106 is a beam axle leafs front and rear ute, where the 130 is a coil rear IFS front Surf - but yes, Maxitrac does springs for most Hilux and Surf models...
