How wide do your wheels sit out?

Post by Phil_LN106 »

are ln60 and ln61 diff holders 100ml wider than ln106s? i want to push my wheels out to fill out my fender flares and getting hold of a ln60 diff holder is cheaper than buying spacers. any info would be appriciated

thanks

You can get the centres in your rims shifted to give you a bigger offset, I had mine done (centres flipped) and ended up with about 65 or 75mm wider offset on my rims. Cost $30 per rim.

LN60 diff housings are identical in width to your LN106, best way to widen your track is to put the REAR axle housng(complete with axles) from a LN61 (2 door IFS surf) it will bolt straight in as spring mounts are in the same place, it's 75mm wider.
You'll then have to widen the front out to match, there is no hilux front axle housing wide enough, best (and certifiable) option is to use IFS front hubs and a spacer/adapter to sort the rotor, these are available from SNR4x4.
