ln130 tailgate issues

after havin a play in the weekend i can not get the tail gate window to open by switch or by key has anyone got any suggestions

cables run from rear LHS corner,out of floor then up into tailgate,no chance youve damaged wires?
1990 surf 350 chevy jacked up and currently under construction again

mine would do the same when it got wet inside. came right after awhile. did you get it wet perhaps. could be an easy fix.

No easy way apart from removing interior trim and powering up window motor.
Relay most common fault with them.
Make sure window tracks and regulator are well lubed - as lack of lube is what kills relay most of the time (too much load on glass overloads relay).

Checked all the fuses? You never know you might be lucky and just have a blown fuse.

where is the relay for it?????

check this too, they have a circut breaker at the interior fuse board (inside cab by drivers foot), you can poke a small nail or pin in it to push it in to reset, they are sometimes overloaded by holding the up/down switch on too long.
