morning guys

i didnt know were to put this but as the title says i am ether looking at sas my 2 door ln130 with tom.He just sent me a quote quite a lot cheeper then i thought, or buying a coil spring 70 . I know they both have the same engine well the 70 im looking at has the 2lt and my surf has 2lte.The surf is abit longer and the 70 is abit more top heavy just wondering if you guys could give me some advice pros/cons ect would be muchly appreciated

prado wins hands down besides the rust. not leaf sprung its coils. starting again prado be my vehicle choice. absoloutly miles ahead of a surf. pity about the rust. pto winch option available. radius arm with solid axle. surf is crap in comparison. if you can deal with the rust ....

My comment would be, if you are going to do a 130 surf, get a 4 door one before you spend lots on a 2 door....
SWB V6 Paj with one or two mods ;)

70 cruiser for sure. :D

I would go the 70 ... :D
But if you are going to give it the bash.... :twisted: :twisted: then the surf is a good choice as there are heaps of spares out there.....and cheap.....

surf hands down.
why do what everyone else would do
the surf would be unique, beter wheel base, lighter

run a the mill or something a bit different yet cool??????????

thats what i thought how many 2 door solid beam coiled 1kz would there be?

btw i want to put a 1kz in my surf lol

thats pretty much what I was thinking, all depends what you want to do with it and what you expect of it coz they will both handle very differently

well if i get the 70 i wont use it for river bashing ill probly go on club trips ect but if i sasd the ln130 shel be a river basher
