Bit Pricier than the Tigerz ones though, maybe drop them a line and see if they can budge?

^^^^^^
They look off-set
I have used one of those though, in an off-set application. You just need a few special tools, e.g, Drills to suit a large tap (10-13mm)(3/8-1/2) and a counter bore cutter to make a couple of holes in the back to accommodate the winch lower mount bolts.

The lower holes are the centre of the bored out voids.

I had the same issue on my old truck. My uncle "borrowed" a bit of 15mm alloy plate from the paper mill where he works and chucked my drawing into the CNC cutter..only issue was, he figured I had measured wrong on the drawing and he moved the holes back to the center :? lol

Nah not really. I was going to cut it off and weld a smaller bit of material to it as a strong back.....but.......I'm going to have to retire that bar soon as it suffered some serious warpage last weekend and is almost past saving.
